The best meat restaurant in Seoul

 

We wanted to have really delicious meat in Seoul, and something different than usual. And we finally found this place, Mong-ryeon  which is located near Seonsu station. If someone is looking for a modern and nice meat restaurant! I sincerely suggest this place. 

Mong-ryeon means magnolia mixed with Meat restaurant. so it represents they serve Nobility on the plate like magnolia  shape.

Mong-ryeon signature Menu, An ax meat!

Mong-ryeon's Signature menu is Mong-ryeon Doggisal which means the meat part that they serve looks like an Ax and the Ax called in Korean as Doggi. We definitely want to have this signature menu first.

The Elegant and Modern restaurant in Seoul

Mong-ryeon restaurant interior design is a very elegant and modern style. I actually felt the restaurant more like a Japanese sushi restaurant style. Each table size is quite big so we could enjoy the food without disruption from another table.

Great Side dishes and Amazing signature menu

We acutally were very surprised of the food quality, Especially the side dishes. Onions looks like a magnolia I think they wanted to represent their name on the plate exactly. All the side dishes are very fresh and nice. We ordered chadol miso stew[차돌된장찌개] as well I can tell that was a very good choice to order together. 

This is the signature menu which is called doggisal [An Ax meat]!  Can't you believe the size of the meat? I thought this just for 2 people. But it's actually for 2-3 people I felt like.

The list of you have to eat! in Seoul, Korea

We were very happy to have this and picked the restaurant to visit. The meat was very soft and juicy. It's really hard to find this kind of quality restaurant in Seoul with the price. If I come to Korea as a foreigner as travel. I definitely have this food first or if my friends from other country visit Korea I definitely want to bring them here.
